Franca moved from her birthplace of Alpirsbach to Aalen for her culinary training and is now a junior chef at the Wilder Mann Hotel and Restaurant - a warm family-run business that has been committed to providing the best for its guests for 75 years. Her talent and passion for cooking have already led Franca to numerous competitions. At the moment, she is focusing mainly on French and German cuisine with regional influences. She can still imagine her future in the upscale gastronomy, gladly also in the star cuisine.
