Servus Vienna!

The time has finally come! Our culinary journey with 11 young cooking talents from 6 different countries begins today. Theresa, Teodora, Sascha, Norbert, Mario, Julian, Iris, Franca, Fiona, Cesar and Athina "Hello in Vienna"! More precisely, in the heart of Vienna, because there, at the fashionable Hotel Motto, we have set up our base camp for the time being. At 7 pm sharp, we gather on the hotel terrace on the 8th floor and meet not only the other young chefs but also Gerd, our guide for the week. At the welcome dinner in the hip restaurant Chez Bernard, there is not only great food, but also room for lively conversations and the forging of first friendships. We are sure the coming days will be full of exciting culinary impressions and creative ideas. Look forward to more updates as we move on and explore the culinary diversity of this region.
