Let's get lost in Vienna!

Our journey begins with a Trend-Talk featuring Pierre Nierhaus, a prominent Trend-Scout in the Hospitality industry. He discusses the latest food trends. At 10 o'clock, our shuttles are already waiting to take us to the heart of Vienna, where our Culinary Tour of Vienna commences. On this day, indulgence, amazement, and connection take center stage. But that's not all – we also have the opportunity to personally meet the chefs and culinary geniuses. Our culinary adventure guides us to some of the most renowned establishments in Vienna. Our first stop is Cafe Sacher, a place where history and delight converge. Then, we proceed to Fabios, a restaurant offering Mediterranean cuisine at its finest. Fabio Giacobello walks us through his establishment and shares his inspiring philosophy. Our next destination is The Bank (Hyatt), where we have the chance to explore an extraordinary place steeped in history. In the afternoon, a visit to the prestigious restaurant Steirereck is on the agenda, where head chef Michael Bauböck provides us with a behind-the-scenes glimpse. Our last stop of the day is at Neni am Naschmarkt, hosted by the charming Haya Molcho, where we immerse ourselves in the oriental world of flavors and engage in an inspiring talk with the founder. And so, our final day of this unforgettable journey slowly draws to a close. Our Farewell Dinner takes place in the classic setting of Meissl und Schadn. This dinner serves as a fantastic conclusion to a week filled with culinary adventures, inspirations, and delights.
