After graduating from school, Theresa from Burgenland started an exciting cooking apprenticeship with the well-known Rauch siblings, stars of the Austrian gastronomy scene. She shone twice in the finals of the popular German cooking show "The Taste". Today Theresa works in Neuss (Germany) and fulfills her dream of a trendy restaurant - Port Victoria - with her good friend. Her cuisine knows no boundaries - sometimes Austrian, sometimes Asian, always extraordinary. Theresa is creative, ambitious, passionate and curious about new culinary trends.
