Norbert is a passionate cook and enjoys combining different flavors and textures in his dishes. He has always harbored a desire to cook, create menus, train and supervise staff. At the Ramki restaurant in Łódź, where the young Pole currently works, he can realize all these ambitions as a chef. Norbert has already found his dream job and is striving to continuously develop himself to become the best possible chef he can be.
