After his training as a chef, the German-born chef moved to Austria, more specifically to Gro├čarl. In the current position of Chef Gardemanger at the family nature resort Moar Gut, Julian also ignited his passion for cold cuisine, in which he is keen to experiment with acidity and spiciness. For him, the fascination for this culinary discipline lies in the art of conjuring up the full flavor of vegetables and other foods on the plate. In doing so, the young chef is particularly concerned with making the best possible use of all resources - a philosophy that is close to his heart.
