Art and science, especially chemistry and biology, fascinate Athina, and this knowledge is reflected in her culinary creations. Her enthusiasm for traveling, especially to her native Greece, shapes her personality and culinary discoveries. She is currently working at the Park Hyatt Zurich in the Parkhuus restaurant. Her cooking style combines Mediterranean freshness with creative presentation and elements of molecular cuisine.
