Sascha feels quite at home not only at heavy metal festivals, but also in the professional kitchen. After completing his training, he is a young chef at the Alte Posthalterei in Lingen and is not only interested in food processing, but also in visiting producers to learn where and how certain products are made. Sascha has a special passion for international cuisine. He enjoys experimenting with a wide variety of ingredients, and is particularly fond of Japanese and Oriental cuisine with its diversity of spices. Traveling the world and getting to know the cuisines of all countries is a big dream for the future - ideally crowned by his own restaurant, where he can live out his creativity. His great role model is Gordon Ramsay, who also inspired him to turn his passion for cooking into a career.
