In the midst of her training as a chef at Landhaus Bacher in Mautern an der Donau, Fiona found her love for cooking and baking as a young child. A deep fascination for food characterizes the young cook, and she has a keen interest in how these precious ingredients are created and mature. She is particularly fond of Austrian cuisine, which impresses with its savory and sweet dishes. At the same time, she loves to explore different baking traditions from around the world.
